SSL certificate is not properly installed

Hi all,
I have a question about installing of SSL certificate. I did all steps that needed to install SSL certificate. Finally I pressed the button " Install SSL Certificate Automatically" and after that I have message "
The SSL certificate has been installed! It may take up to 15 minutes for it to become active. ".
Everything looks OK but when I try to reload my site with this link http://www.parking.free.nf I’m not redirected to https://www.parking.free.nf . When I write https in the browser the link works. That means the certificate is installed but redirection from http: to https: doesn’t wok.
Do you have any idea why?
