SSL certificate installed but browser still shows Not Secure (Incomplete chain)

Hi InfinityFree Support,

I installed an SSL certificate for my domain tllvn.com using the automatic “Install SSL Certificate” button in the InfinityFree client area.

The SSL is active and shows Let’s Encrypt as the issuer, but browsers still display “Not Secure”, and SSL Labs reports: “The certificate chain is incomplete.”

Can you please help install the correct intermediate certificate or fix the SSL configuration so that the full chain is sent?
