SSL certificate error

Hey everytime im trying to make a ssl certificate i get this error
“SSL certificate error: The provider returned an unknown error. Please try again later.”

I checked the logs on our end and it seems that something weird happened on our end while setting up the DNS verification for your domain. All I can see now is that Let’s Encrypt kept reporting that incorrect validation records were returned for your domain. Those should be set correctly by us during the order process, but this doesn’t appear to have happened.

I see you were able to work around this by using GoGetSSL instead. But if you would like to try again, I cleared the previous subdomain from our system. If you place a new order, you’ll need to replace your CNAME record, but if there was any problem with your previous subdomain, it shouldn’t affect you again.
