Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

- Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
- Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
- AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
- Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

_Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._

Free subdomains get SSL automatically, so `izhantraders.infinityfreeapp.com` should already have a working certificate. You don’t need to install one. Here’s the announcement that explains it:

> [@Changes to SSL for free subdomains](https://forum.infinityfree.com/t/changes-to-ssl-for-free-subdomains/110169):
>
> We’ve made some exciting updates to how SSL certificates work for free subdomains on InfinityFree! These improvements simplify things for you and help us ensure our hosting platform remains fast and scalable. Here’s what’s new: white_check_mark SSL by Default for All Free Subdomains Good news! Every free subdomain under our supported domain names now comes with SSL enabled automatically. No need to request, install, or renew certificates yourself - we’ve got it covered! We’ve implemented a…

That post also says only direct subdomains are covered. A `www.` version (`www.izhantraders.infinityfreeapp.com`) or a sub-subdomain, like `something.izhantraders.infinityfreeapp.com`, has no SSL and can give this exact error.

Can you tell me the exact address you type or click when you see the error? Does it start with `www.` or have anything in front of `izhantraders`?

If it’s exactly `https://izhantraders.infinityfreeapp.com`, click “Not secure” in the address bar, open the certificate details, and tell me who it says issued the certificate and which name it was issued to. That will show whether the browser is getting our certificate or something else.
