Is it normal that I see 2 coursors and 2 names on the side of the screen on the
Build Website panel?
Looks like someone else is whatching my work?
as far as I’m aware, the site builder dosn’t support parralel working.

can you share a screenshot of what your seeing? sounds odd?

mmm, that does look like someone else is connected…
did you share access to your builder? I’ve just taken a look and learned that it does support multi user editing.

make sure the button at the bottom of the popup is unchecked;

It probably means you have multiple browser sessions open. It could also be if a tab was closed but the system did not update to remove the user.
You can always contact Site.Pro to see if they can tell you if the two users have the same IP or something (That would confirm my first paragraph)

It does actually! It has collaboration features so multiple people can work on the website at the same time.
It doesn’t really make sense on our hosting because we don’t really have anything to support access from multiple people, but it can be done.
But if you have multiple browser tabs open yourself, you’ll also see this.

Yeh, I found out afterwards, and corrected myself in my next comment haha.
It wasn’t a feature of site.pro I’d ever used so didn’t know it was there. But after my comment, I went and double checked and realised I was wrong… maybe I should have edited my origional post… I’ll do that now
