Some security headers are not working

I changed the data in .htacess but when I check (securityheaders.com) it says that my headers are not installed, what should I do?

The code will be viewable by people that visit your website, it is just not viewable by bots (Like the website you were using to test it)

Adding the security headers will give you 100% of the security benefits those headers normally bring. The only thing you don’t get is a nice high grade in the security scanners, but that doesn’t mean the headers don’t work.
