Redirects to a 404 page, as the stylesheet is actually on http://jahasnin.free.nf/public/assest/css/modern.css .

You said it did not exist on your own. Try clicking this css path and see http://jahasnin.free.nf/public/assest/css/modern.css it will take you to the css

My ROOT PATH is correct because all the pages are including their stylesheet from one file "header.php’
You just shared your account password in that screenshot, so I suggest you change your accounts password immediately.

Your site seems to work fine now.
From what I saw above it was attempting to load a CSS file from the wrong path, you seemed to have fixed it, all appears to be well.
I did that and faced no issue.
What is the issue you’re facing?

I have already find the issue and solved it. But why some times the website showing cookies not enabled on your browser
and why the domain has no ssl certificate please
