some elements and pages are loading, everything has been uploaded into htdocs, plus i have an index page and all the file permissions are 755???
is it supposed to be like this?

Iām not sure whether this is the reason for your problem, but having spaces in your html file name is a bad idea. Rename files like Contact Us.html to something like Contact-Us.html (remove spaces) and check whether the issue persists.

your home link points to http://scoopertroopers.free.nf/Scooper%20Trooper.html but that page doesnt seem to exist
if you want your home page to link to the main index then just replace the link with ā/ā or āhttp://scoopertroopers.free.nf/ā which ever you prefer

Noooooooo, Geez I thought I had everything right
Now I have completely fried it 
it looks like the index.html file is now missing or has been renamed
the default behavior is that index.html ( or index.php if you are using php ) must be present for the site to work ( unless you setup a rule in .htaccess to use an alternate file name for the homepage )
if this file is not found then you will receive a 403 error on infinityfree
