The installer loads up just fine for me.
Can you please check if https://epizy.com:2083 loads or not (do not try to login because it won’t work)? If it also doesn’t load, then it’s possible that your ISP blocks non-standard ports — you’ll then have to use a VPN to access.

Also, please, NEVER AND EVER share your hosting account password on a public place like the forum, not even if it’s available at plain sight in the URL! Change it as soon as you can because now who saw it before could access your hosting account (so it’s now compromised).

You MUST ALWAYS be VERY CAREFUL when sharing URLs publicly, they may contain tokens or encoded credentials that could allow anyone to access your account. And the URL you shared contains a very clearly part that says &pass=, followed by what looks like a password, so that’s definitely not good to share.
Feel free to change your password again, just do not use this previous password again because it’s now compromised. Also make sure to check your account and website for any suspicious activity.
