You can whitelist it by alerting Microsoft.
Or disabling whatever malware scanner that is running
There is nothing we can do on our end.

Thank you KangJL for your response . Now that my beginning site is a mess and I have failed to load Drupal, or Concrete or others, how do I wipe out and start over, the script installs are having major issues installing and I have made a mess now, and just want to start fresh once again.
