# Softaculous WordPress: The INFO.XML file could not be found Since some time this morning, it’s not possible to install or manage WordPress through Softaculous. ## Which components are affected by this issue The WordPress package in Softaculous. Other scripts in Softaculous may be affected too, but so far we have only received reports about WordPress. ## What issues may you see When trying to view or install WordPress in Softaculous, you may see the error: > The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator. ## When will this issue be resolved We are doing our best to get these issues resolved as soon as possible. Looks like it was already resolved, WordPress Manager can open normally, and WordPress is also installable. ---

Yes, the issue has been resolved around 11:00 UTC. Softaculous should be fully operational again! ---

It appears that the issue above has reappeared earlier today. I have informed iFastNet about this. Issues like this are usually resolved fairly quickly, but it may take a few hours at worst. ---
