### Website URL redevelop.rf.gd, File Manager, Softaculous. ### Error Message #### Softaculous Error “Softaculous is temporarily not available. This could be because your account is not active or because you have reached the inode limit. Just requests password & IP (and more) but everything I attempt doesn’t work. This _has_ happened before, and took a day to fix. Gives error. I don’t know what I used or did, because it’s recently created. Any help is appreciated. #### File Manager Don’t recommend FTP because I am on a ChromeBook, not Windows. This problem really needs to be fixed. ---

Extending on my aforementioned comment about the File Manager, yes, I know tons of people make issues on this very problem, I thought I’d add it to my issue instead of making 2 separate issues. People say to use your FTP password from the Client Area. I try that and it doesn’t work. ---

Again extending on my aforementioned comment about _Softaculous_, it cannot be possible that I’ve reached the Inode limit. I checked your account, and it seems that FTP access is not enabled yet because the control panel has never been accessed. Most people never notice this (because a connection to the control panel will be made when your account is created), but if for some reason you are unable to access the control panel, then FTP access will be disabled too. Are you able to login to the control panel for your hosting account? Please try it. If it doesn’t work, that must be fixed first for your FTP to work. ---

What about the Softaculous issue? It’s still not letting me access it. ---

Also, I logged in to the control panel, but it didnt fix my FTP issue. ---

I just tried to login to FTP for your account, and I see this error: > 421 Home directory not available - aborting This means your account was not setup correctly and is corrupted. The easiest way to fix this is to just remove the domain from the account, deactivate the account and create a new one. ---
