I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._ Which hosting account are you opening Softaculous from? Please give me the username (it looks like `if0_12345678`) or the domain on it. Your profile has more than one account, and the control panel link you posted doesn’t show which one it is. The error gives two possible causes: the account isn’t active, or it has reached the inode limit. Which one applies depends on the account. One of your accounts is suspended (at your request) and the other two are active. It would also help to know the inode count your control panel shows for the account. An earlier topic with the same message turned out to be an account that hadn’t been set up correctly. The fix there was to remove the domain, deactivate the account and create a new one. Yours might be the same problem, and the account name and inode count would show whether it is.
