# Softaculous Installer Stuck at 95%

There was an error in my site so i tried to restore the site using the backup that i had done using Softaculous… But its been more than 15 min its stuck at 95%

and the site [thespacedust.com](http://thespacedust.com) is still showing ‘critical error’ which means that the restoration has not been done yet

This will not work. You should do it manually.

ig it just froze on percentage but now its working
