It works for me… maybe its your internet

Softaculous is available on port 2082, instead of the standard web port 80. Some network administrators block all unknown ports on their systems, which would prevent you from accessing that port.

You can probably work around this by using a different network or VPN. Can you please try that and see if it helps?
