Hello,

My hosting account was suspended due to excessive CPU or memory usage.

I was testing my PHP script and accidentally executed it multiple times manually. It was not an automated cron job, and I understand that this caused excessive resource usage.

I have identified the issue and will ensure it does not happen again. I have also disabled the script while testing.

Could you please review my account and reactivate it?

If your site has been suspended for 24 hours, then you have to wait the 24 hours.

If it’s a permanent suspension then follow the link in your dashboard on the banner to raise a ticket
