I checked them today and the issue seems to have disappeared (including the historical data from when there was the strange problem). Was this a glitch in reporting which has now been resolved? I’m very confused

I still need to confirm this but I’m beginning to think that the data in the graph gets erased on the 1st of the month. That would explain why the graph showed no usage in March but high usage in April, but that usage has disappeared now that it’s May.
If my guess is right, then it’s definitely a reporting glitch, but nothing has been fixed yet. The usage you saw you had in April is the usage you had in April, even if we no longer have data on what that usage actually looked like.
