Site says status is Active but is down

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Status says active in client area but when trying to reach the site I’m getting an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error. Site has been ruining fine for over a month now just randomly stopped running I’m assuming there’s an outage of some sort?
