On modeloop.net, both Preview and Publish in the InfinityFree Site.pro builder stop with “Task stopped due to fatal error”. Changes save in the editor, but they are not appearing on the live site.
The hosting account is Active and the file manager can open the site’s htdocs folder. Disk usage is 160 MB of 5 GB and inode usage is 1,015 of 80,000. No credentials or hosting settings have been changed.
Could you check the builder’s generation error log or advise the next diagnostic step? I have stopped retrying publication.
FYI: the Site.Pro website builder is not our product. Site.Pro is a different company that develops and operates the builder, we just integrate with it. So we cannot check any logs in the builder.
Given that both the preview and the publish steps fail, my guess is that the builder has trouble rendering your website. If so, it breaks before ever reaching out to your hosting account.
I checked your builder and was able to open the preview just fine. I didn’t try to publish yet without your permission though. Could you check again and see if it works for you now (both the preview and publish)?
