It may take 72 hours for it to be visible, but if that’s not the case, can you follow when this started?

So if it appears to happen without a sort of edits in the control panel or File Manager, I do suggest wait til an Admin or someone with better knowledge with this comes in. While we wait, I suggest browsing around the forums to help resolve your issue. I may come back with more information if I do find some.

Maybe your IP the website is in is being DDoSed by someone who loves taking down web servers. So I suggest waiting until it gets fixed, or move the domain to another account here on InfinityFree with a different IP.

It’s the same as a plain “Connection timed out” error, and if the IP is DDoSed, you would get that error too. I suggest waiting until it gets fixed, or move the domain to another hosting account here on InfinityFree, which has a different IP.
