Site Not Loading on One Network (Works Elsewhere)

Hello,
So my site saadullah.rf.gd isn’t loading when I’m using a specific network, I am getting:

Hmmm… can't reach this page

Check if there is a typo in saadullah.rf.gd.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Also I am getting this in ⓘ beside the URL

Your connection to this site isn't secure
Don't enter any sensitive information on this site (for example, passwords or credit cards). It could be stolen by attackers.

Just to double-check, I also tried accessing the server IP directly (185.27.134.57, which is the IP my domain points to), and I got this:

This page isn’t working right now
185.27.134.57 didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Here is a Screenshot too

I checked everything, the SSL certificate is still active and hasn’t expired, the nameservers are also set correctly, and I haven’t made any changes to the site files or DNS recently. I am on the free version, but I haven’t even come close to hitting any of the limits, so no issue there. Also, I checked almost everything else, no issues anywhere…
Then I tested the site using a VPN, and it worked perfectly, and the SSL was valid. I also tried switching to another network, and it worked there too.

So, it seems like my one of the networks (IP: 154.198.106.237) might be blocked or something, ig. Can someone tell me what the issue could be and why am I getting this, or if any admin could please check if it’s been blocked or rate-limited?
Thanks.

We do have some security systems in place that could result in specific IP addresses being blocked.

However, the error you see is a DNS error. Due to how DNS works, it’s almost impossible for this to be caused by your own IP address being blocked. Unless you have very special DNS configuration on your device, DNS lookups are not done directly from your computer, but from the DNS resolver configured on your network.

As a workaround, you can configure your computer to use a different DNS resolver, like Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 resolver.

That s completely normal behavior. Our servers don’t respond with any content when you try to access the server IP directly, it doesn’t say anything about your website.

Oh okay, so it’s a network-based issue related to my provider.

Okay, I’ll try that.

Thanks for the lightning-fast reply and the solution! :face_savoring_food:
