The security system cannot be disabled on free hosting.
Google can crawl you website just fine, hence the “URL is not on Google”. (If Google really cannot crawl your site, it’ll be a different error.) Many people have their websites on Google successfully, the security challenge is not the problem.
What’s happening is that Google just doesn’t feel like putting your website onto it. There’s not much you can do.
