Hello, it sounds like you want to create an email address with your domain. Unfortunately, you can’t do this on free hosting, you will have to use a 3rd party provider like Yandex or Zoho.

Tell us what is the domain of your website and probably the hosting admin can help you with that.

You can send an email to [email protected] about this. Please send it from the email address of your forum account and clearly state the domain name of the account you’re looking to retrieve.

If you have other details about the account (like the username or when it was created), please include it in your email. Just make sure to not send any secret data like passwords.
