Hi and welcome to the forum! That domain is not added to the hosting account, so you need to add it back. After adding it back, if the server IP your hosting account is on is 185.27.134.215:

Check whether the website IP shown on your hosting account page on the Client Area matches with the one I told you; if it’s not there then you’re set, you just need to add the subdomain you posted back to the hosting account.
The site came back up im not sure if its because I was messing with the cloudflare but if it was on your end thank you!
never mind its down again, do you know why that is. I was just able to connect and everything was fine and its down again

Then it’s maybe what I told you earlier or some configuration error on Cloudflare on your side. If the latter, can you please post a screenshot of your DNS records on Cloudflare?
I saw that www points to two different IPs; please remove the record that points to 199.59.243.225. Anyway what I told here, since your server IP is 185.27.134.215, still applies:
