Site cannot be reached

Hi there,

I’ve noticed that the site I’ve built is unaccessible to some internet provider.
Basically my site - camc-qr.rf.gd is working well and displaying when I browse it, but when I changed from wifi to data which has a different internet provider - I’m getting site cannot be reached error page.

Is this expected? Or is there any work around for this?

Thanks.

It sounds like the data plan provider is blocking rf.gd, you will have to contact them and request that they remove this from their list of blocked domains as there really isn’t any workaround for this

I see. If I upgrade my account from free to premium, will that also fix this?

There is no way for us to tell. All we can see from here is that something on your end might be blocking access to your website.

We have no idea how the security filter on your end will respond to certain changes.

It could be a network level block or a DNS level block. If it’s a network level block, then switching to premium hosting probably fixes it. If it’s DNS level block, then you can either use a different free subdomains or get your own domain to fix this.

But again, I cannot make any guarantees because I don’t know anything about whatever is preventing you from accessing your site.
