Try:
Check connection
Check proxy, firewall and DNS configuration
Run Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Because when you wrote that message, you site had just been created.
And as it clearly says in the client area: it can take up to 72 hours for a new website to be visible everywhere.
