Is it possible to create a site builder that will install into some other directory instead of the site root for testing ?
I wasn’t able to find an option for that
Not to my knowledge. You can experiment with moving it though, however that would gets messed up as soon as you try to update something.

Maybe it’s easier for you to create a subdomain or subSubDomain and then test there instead of in subfolders

I never use sub domains so this didn’t occur to me

YW - I assume that the easiest way for you is to create a free subdomain,
so you don’t have to deal with Cloudflare or the system doesn’t allow you to create because sometimes it sees something as “too many sub-sub-sub-domain” etc.
