Site builder FTP Error

Hello,

for some reason I keep getting the “Cannot connect to FTP. Please try login to your control panel and try again.” error when im trying to add a new site builder.

I’ve reset my password and reloged into my cp several times, nothing has changed.

I am facing the same problem infinity free. I can’t open site builder & every time I try a message “Could not connect to FTP. Please login to your control panel and try again” pops up. Could you please troubleshoot mine as well

Last night, we had a problem with our FTP adapter which caused this issue. This issue should be fixed now.
