Since you and your softwares can’t set the time limit on free hosting (that’s why set_time_limit() is disabled on free hosting), you would have to remove the contents on line 34 inside the crm3.systems.cf/htdocs/vendor/froiden/laravel-installer/src/Controllers/DatabaseController.php file with the File Manager.
