Server went down?

Was using my website @ voltcube.net, in which it suddenly went down. No devices can access the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Best Regards.

The domain name is currently not even pointing to InfinityFree servers. Please fix the nameservers in Go Daddy’s settings.

Odd… It was previously and I hadn’t changed anything. Thanks for letting me know.

Hey, So I do have the name servers set… Am I perhaps missing something?

I’ve tried to fix my ns records, and even to forward my domain to the “actual domain” under the cpanel. Cannot get anything to work, and visiting the “actual domain” under cpanel sends me to a domainsuspended.org page. I have the feeling the issue isn’t mine, but I could use any help if it is.

Thanks in advance.

Interesting, I just went to that url, and it seems to be working fine now. Your forums had some sort of error message, but nothing seemed wrong with InfinityFree’s side of things.

Rebuilt the site on a different instance. Routing it through a different subdomain worked lol.

Last time I used Go Daddy, a common reason for confusion was that setting the nameservers of a domain name is not done through the DNS manager. Nameservers could be found on the Domain Settings page. These are the nameservers currently configured for your domain:

voltcube.net. 3600	IN	NS	ns69.domaincontrol.com.
voltcube.net. 3600	IN	NS	ns70.domaincontrol.com.
voltcube.net. 3600	IN	NS	ns3.byet.org.

Please make sure they contain only InfinityFree nameservers. If you’re having trouble setting them, contact Go Daddy because they know more about how to use their services than anyone here.
