Server don't show file

Hi.
I have one problem.
I create js (css) file, write code, save.
The file is on the server, but the site does not see it.
Even DirectoryListing does not see.

I am viewing your website using a software but there is no file.
Really there is no file, it said that there are no files written.

Did you use FTP client on creating those files?
If yes, whats the name of the FTP software client?

I Think the File is myownnew.fcom.ml/js/main.js working fine. But if you upload as chat.js then there is no such a file.
Let me know if your file is chat.js not the main.js

These are two different files

@KjoAnton
I tried creating a chat.js on my website too and I have encountered a 403 error (Forbidden).

So in my conclusion the server really did not want to request that file cause chat scripts are not allowed on free hosting, but I’m not sure about this.
So try changing the name of your chat.js file to any name that suits you like chet.js.

Thank you! Changed the name - it’s working

Your welcome!
Glad to help

Thank God Your Problem Resolved

I’m glad to see you were all able to get the problem resolved! Yes, the chat name is blocked because chat scripts cannot be hosted here.

Chat scripts aren’t allowed cause they lag the servers.
Chat scripts needs a very huge resource and it is also a heavy which free hosting can’t handle.

You’ll need to upgrade to premium hosting to get more server power and resource.

But note that chat scripts are forbidden on premium hosting as well. PHP/MySQL is just a very bad environment to host chat scripts and even a simple chat script with only a few users can easily cause extremely high server load.

So admin what plan is recommended for chat scripts?
Business Hosting or Something?

No, you need to get a VPS or dedicated server. Then you can either set up a PHP chat script and crash your own server without hurting others or use a programming environment with proper support for websockets.

Or use a hosted service from a party who knows how to set up reliable chat services.
