Down for my site as well.
What I can see from my end is that that the IP address 185.27.134.176 has been the target of a DDoS attack. To contain the damage caused by the attack, that specific IP address was disabled to keep the attack traffic out of our network.
The IP address has been down intermittently between roughly 21:30 UTC yesterday until 4:30 today. But it has been up since then, so the attack seems to be over now.
