### Website URL [http://islamiaerp.great-site.net](http://islamiaerp.great-site.net) ### Error Message ERR\_EMPTY\_RESPONSE - the site does not load at all. curl returns “Empty reply from server” (HTTP code 000) on both port 80 and port 443. The connection is accepted but no HTTP response is ever sent. ### Other Information Account: if0\_43061270 Domain: [islamiaerp.great-site.net](http://islamiaerp.great-site.net) Assigned IP: 185.27.134.133 (as shown in my control panel) Since October 2, this server accepts TCP connections on port 80 and 443 but sends no HTTP response at all. FTP port 21 is closed as well. Other servers such as 185.27.134.24 and 185.27.134.21 respond normally. The status page shows “No issues detected”, but this server appears to be down. Could you please check 185.27.134.133? Thank you. ---

Welcome to the forum When I try and access your site, I get a 500 error. This means that your php has crashed. You can turn off the full wire message my going to your dashboard, advanced settings, php settings and tuning on error messages.
