Hi, why does it say my website is insecure and has that red icon? I want it to be secure… now it says “Not secure”

Likely because you haven’t installed an SSL certificate.

As for your certificate itself, it seems to be installed correctly. Which means you’ve completed step 4 and step 5 of the installation process. Please click the certificate and read the card at the bottom of the page where it says “Step 6” to lean what the last things are you need to do.
