My website samiouail.42web.io (Account ID: if0_40373989) has been inaccessible for several hours. I am getting the error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on all browsers and devices.
Here are the technical details:
Current Status: The account is marked as Active in the Client Area.
Traffic: My Daily Hits counter is stuck at 0, which means the traffic is being blocked before it even reaches the server.
DNS: My domain is correctly pointing to the IP 185.27.134.170.
SSL: I understand that free subdomains now have SSL by default. I have removed all manual CNAME records to avoid conflicts.
Files: My index.php and .htaccess are correctly placed inside the htdocs folder.
Could you please check if my domain or the server IP is being blocked by the main firewall, or if there is an issue with the automatic SSL generation for my account?
Please remember that the hits counter isn’t a live counter, it can take up to 8 hours to update. The fact it shows 0 doesn’t mean traffic is being blocked.
It might be worth checking if your ISP or firewall are blocking the 42web.io domain. Happens surprisingly often.
The website is indeed working now. It was inaccessible for more than 24 hours for me and for several other people I know. We were all specifically getting the ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error, even though the account was active.
It seems it was a propagation or a temporary server-side issue that finally resolved itself. Also, thank you for the clarification about the hit counter delay!
I am glad everything is back to normal. Thanks again for your help!
