Your domain is expired, you need to renew it with Key-Systems before you can use it again. If you don’t renew it, someone else will be able to take it from you.
I am experiencing difficulties verifying my domain with InfinityFree. I have already updated my nameservers to ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com via my domain registrar (Safaricom Cloud Services). However, your system still does not recognize the nameserver changes, and I am unable to add my domain.
Steps I Have Taken:
Updated my nameservers successfully at my domain registrar.
Verified DNS propagation, confirming that the nameservers have updated globally.
Attempted to re-add the domain in my InfinityFree account, but it still prompts me for verification.
Cleared my local DNS cache and tried accessing the site from different networks.
Could you please assist me in verifying and adding my domain? Let me know if you require any further details.
If you ask a question, and someone tells you “your domain has expired, please contact your registrar”, it means your domain has expired and you need to contact your registrar.
If you then ask the same question again, you’ll get the same answer. And if you then ask what to do, you’ll also get the same answer.
And I can’t find it back, but I recall getting an email with a very similar question too. To which I also replied that the domain had expired and they should contact their registrar.
Reach out to the registrar, because publicly the domain is showing as expiered. I’ve tried 4 diferent sites to check and all say the same.
If you send them the screenshot KangJL provided, or look it up yourself on any other domain info site, you can show them the problem, and ask them for help.
Unfortunaitly, while its showing as expiered, there’s not a lot we can do
