Rules against a truecaller type site

I have an idea for a website, where pretty much, theres a database of phone numbers, and only phone numbers. People can search numbers, if theres data, it gets tagged, e.g: “Business”, “Spam/Scam”, “Private number”, etc. No names, no personal information, just that specific tag, and user feedback about it, such as “likely scam” or “reported as a business phone number”. The service would be offered for free, ask for donations on a page, people can submit phone numbers with a tag and see if it safe.

Would this be allowed on the InfinityFree platform? I have checked laws and since no private information is actually stored, or shown, it is legal.

Any help would be appreciated!

I don’t see any problem with this.

Sharing personal information of phone number owners is probably not legal, but if you just share the category, then I don’t see any issue there.
