Issue #3 is caused by this security system: Ensuring only web browsers can access your website. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn this off, but most sites will work fine without it.
Issue #2 and #4 are a consequence of issue #2.
Issue #1 may be a false positive, so maybe check in a day to see if the task ran. If it doesn, then please check the wp-config.php file of your site and see if the DISABLE_WP_CRON parameter is set there. If it is, please remove the line.
