# Resource usage warning on 0 traffic site

Hi, I have a problem with my hosting for atsibusk.lt

I get emails:

This limit is reset every day.

The resources that your site has used over 50% on is :

My website literally gets like half a visitor per day on average, I haven’t updated the website in months and I keep getting these emails. How do I (or you) fix this?

Please note that plugins, (Especially backup plugins), and visitors (Including bots) can cause that. Since you are getting it repeatedly, i’m going to guess that a plugin is at fault.
