Remember to backup next time
A limitation of free hosting is that there are no server side backups. These cost a lot of money to set up and store.
This is why emails are set both when your account is suspended, and when its getting close to deletion.
As a rule of thumb, if a file is important, dont trust anyone or anything with the only copy.
I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your data.
As it says quite clearly in the client area: account deletions are permanent and both the account and anything on it are completely erased and cannot be recovered in any way.
What it says in the client area is really the whole truth. There is no point in contact us or asking us to check anything, because deleted really means deleted.
