I would like to ask if there is any possibility of recovering my deleted hosting account.

I received an inactivity warning email on July 29, 2026. Unfortunately, I did not reactivate the account in time, and it was deleted on August 26, 2026.

The reason the website was inactive is quite simple. This website is an order form for a girls’ football team. During the summer holidays there were no training sessions or team activities, so nobody was using the order form during that period.

At the same time, I had personal health problems. I had to undergo the removal of my wisdom tooth (tooth number 8), and because of that I was not checking my hosting account or emails regularly. By the time I tried to use the reactivation link, it had already expired.

I can still see the website “zamowieniesisu.rf.gd” in the InfinityFree Website Builder, but my hosting account is no longer available in the Client Area.

I understand that deleted accounts are normally permanent. However, this website is very important to me because I spent many hours building it, including custom order forms for the team.

I would be extremely grateful if you could check whether there is any backup or any possibility of restoring my hosting account or the website files. Even if recovery is not normally available, I kindly ask you to check if there is any exception that can be made in this case.

Unfortunately deleted means deleted, it cannot be recovered. It is your responsibility to keep backups on free hosting (and pretty much everywhere else too).

Hopefully this can be a “lesson learned” moment for the future.

Like the members area very clearly states: a deleted hosting account is really deleted, and nothing that was on it can be recovered in any way.

The only way to get back your website is to create a new account with your old domain name, and then either upload a backup of your website if you have any, or rebuild your website.

Fortunately, you were using the Site.Pro builder. So once the new account is setup, you can just go into the website builder and publish your website from there, and your website will be almost exactly as it was before.
