I am currently testing InfinityFree services with my account (subdomain: obed90.free.nf, username: if0_40528630, hosting volume : vol11_6) to evaluate the platform before considering an upgrade to a premium plan.
During my testing phase, I might have low activity on my website since I am performing several technical experiments with WordPress and other tools. For now, I plan to continue using the free plan for an extended period.
I would like to ask for reassurance that my account will not be suspended automatically due to inactivity during this long testing phase.
I am genuinely interested in upgrading to the paid plans once my tests are completed, but this may take some time.

I’m sorry, but we have no mechanism in place to provide this. And we generally don’t do special requests.
If you know you are at risk for becoming inactive, I have just two recommendations:
Make sure your email address is accurate and keep an eye on any notifications from you. We don’t delete accounts without warning, so if you just reactivate your account when it’s suspended for inactivity, you can keep it for as long as you want.
Make sure you have a backup of your content before you are done. Should the account get deleted anyway, you can easily build it back up.
