Hello InfinityFree Team,

I’m currently using the Site.pro website builder through InfinityFree and I have a **paid Site.pro license**.

However, I cannot find the **“Export Website”** option in the builder interface, which I need in order to **download and migrate** my website to another hosting provider.

Would it be possible to **enable the export feature** for my account?

My subdomain: [monquk.infinityfreeapp.com](http://monquk.infinityfreeapp.com)
(Please replace this with your actual InfinityFree site URL)

Thank you very much for your assistance!

Best regards,
KOU

Hello, I’m not sure if Site.Pro allows exporting, my default guess is going to be no (Outside the files it uploads via FTP if you plan works that way, but I don’t think the paid plans do)

In any case, please reach out to Site.Pro support, they know there system better then we do, and you are a paying customer of theirs.

Which “Export Website” function are you actually looking for?

Are you looking to export your Site.Pro website in order to be able to load it into the Site.Pro builder on another web hosting provider? Then the option you’re looking for is called “Backup/Restore”. You can find it in the builder by clicking the little green arrow next to the Publish button.

Does your new hosting provider not have Site.Pro and are you looking to export HTML/PHP code to publish your website on your new host? Then I’m sorry to say that, to the best of my knowledge, this option doesn’t exist. As far as I know, a Site.Pro website must be linked to a Site.Pro builder server to work, and cannot be exported and run standalone.
