Hello InfinityFree Support Team,

I am writing to humbly request a temporary lifting of my account suspension, strictly for data recovery purposes.

My account was suspended due to exceeding the daily resource limits, which I fully understand. However, the website hosted on this account — cviraa-talisay.infinityfreeapp - com — is a Sports Management System for CVIRAA (Cebu Visayas Interschool Regional Athletic Association) Talisay City Division. This system is actively being used to manage athletic records, and losing access to the source code and database would cause a significant setback to an ongoing and time-sensitive project.

I have already subscribed to iFastNet and purchased a new domain to continue the project. I simply need a brief, temporary restoration of access so I can:

  1. Download my source code files
  2. Export my MySQL database

I want to assure you that I will not resume normal hosting operations on InfinityFree. I only need enough access to recover my data and complete the migration.

I kindly ask for your prompt assistance, as this system is urgently needed and any further delay may affect its ongoing use. I truly appreciate your time, understanding, and support.

If you have purchased a premium hosting account at iFastNet, then simply contact them. They can migrate your website for you, for free, even while your account is suspended. That’s just a part of their premium hosting service.

If you only purchased a domain name and not a hosting service, then there is nothing I can do for you. Daily limits trigger a 24 hour suspension, which is automatically reactivated after 24 hours. It’s not possible to reactivate an account sooner on request. It’s not possible to make exceptions for this for any reason.
