I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._ I’m sorry, but a deleted account can’t be recovered. The files, MySQL databases and settings are completely erased from the servers, and there are no backups to restore from. The same goes for the subdomain, which is released and can be claimed by someone else. The “Suspended by Request” and “Suspended for Inactivity” entries are the last suspension reasons on those accounts. InfinityFree automatically deletes accounts that stay suspended for a while, and that’s how they ended up under Deleted Accounts. A suspended account keeps its data until it’s deleted, but once it’s deleted there’s nothing left to reactivate. The article below also says not to contact support about restoring a deleted account, because nothing can be done. Your members area profile also has one account that is still active, and it isn’t deleted. If any of your hospital system was uploaded there, it’s still in place and you can download it.
