Hello, I had previously created this account, where I had uploaded the files for my university thesis. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that if you don’t log in for a certain period, the files get deleted. Since then, I have been trying to recreate the database files because I didn’t have a backup, but I haven’t been able to. Is there any chance I could recover the files that were on my account? If the database is empty your content is gone unfortunately. IF does not take backups or store any of your data outside of your hosting account.
