"related searches" appeared on my website?

I installed wordpress on my website, but all I see is RF.GD and related searches: Printed board assembly, etc. When I enter the wordpress login link, it forwards me to the same website that shows the Printed Board Assembly, RF amplifiers.

I tried clearing my browser cache but it still shows the advertisements.

This issue is caused by DNS cache, not by browser cache. Seeing how your account was created earlier today, that’s perfectly normal, because as you can read in the orange banner in the client area, it can take up to 72 hours for your new site to start working everywhere.
