I have generated the SSL order as well as CNAME. Still i didn’t recieve SSL certificate. it is showing pending with Let’s encrypt.
Sitname: Assetsaga.greatsite.net
Once the CNAME record has been added, you will receive the certificate. Make sure the CNAME record is installed with your DNS provider

Please note that the our domain is great-site.net, not greatsite.net. Please make sure you request a certificate for the right domain name.

also let’s encrypt is not available for free subdomains like this.
Let’s Encrypt is indeed not available if you request a certificate for a free subdomain. But if you enter a different domain entirely, then the system will happily let you choose Let’s Encrypt because it’s not a subdomain of one of our domains.
