# Recovery the deleted account

I found my account deleted, was checking through e-mail a got the e-mail which seems like Infinity Free did it purposely and that account contains critical information that will not be lost as you are the best-driven company that helps people to access your services I would like to request that my account would be recovered as it contains important information thank you

If it is really important, you would have made backup in the first place

I’m sorry, but a deleted account is really deleted. And as the client area area says very clearly: there is no way to recover it. No matter how important your data is, if it’s gone it’s gone.

And yes, we do deliberately delete accounts without consent. Your account was suspended because of suspected abuse back in early December last year. But you didn’t take any action then, so we assumed that you didn’t care about keeping the account, making it eligible for deletion.

And it cannot be understated that if your data is important, then you should also take action to protect that data by creating your own backups regularly. Don’t trust any provider to keep your data safe forever, _especially_ for free services.
