Absolutely, I don’t see any reason why a fan site wouldn’t be allowed!
Just please make sure that it’s very clear on your website that your website is a fan site, and is not part of the game or owned by the game’s creators.
Also, please note that access from a mobile app to a site hosted on InfinityFree is not possible, due to this security system:

Note that new sites can take up to 72 hours to be visible everywhere due to reasons outside of our control.
